Caremark administers the Prescription Drug coverage on behalf of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company and has contracted with over 55,000 participating pharmacies from coast to coast. This is prescription coverage made easy - there are no claim forms to fill out and submit; no waiting for reimbursement when using participating pharmacies. Benefits are received when you present your ID card at the time of purchase at participating pharmacies. For non-participating pharmacies, a claim form will need to be submitted prior to receiving reimbursement.
